  1. Choose BACKGROUND Fron Gallery & Crop This Background Same As Me & Choose Another Background From Gallery And Adjust it Perfectly.You Can Download These Backgrounds From BELOW
  2. Now Select Your MODEL & ERASE Model's Background Perfectly.I Already Cropped
  3. Now, Choose Some PNG'S From Gallery & Adjust Those Perfectly Same As Me.You Can Download Those PNG'S From BELOW
  4. Now Make Text Png MOST WANTED CRIMINAL In PicsArt
  5. Go To TOOLS And In CURVES Select BLUR COLOR & Increase It.Now Select RED COLOR & Decrease It.
  6. Now Go To EFFECTS And Apply HDR & VIGNETTE Effect.
  7. Go To Draw Tool And Save Your Image.
